My thoughts are that NetShare continues to recognize that there is no "status quo" in business ... you either go forward or decline. NetShare Team Management evidently recognizes this as evidenced by their ability to not only manage change in the business / social environment in which they compete but also create change. And finally, the crowning component of the NetShare success matrix is SERVICE to its network. The hiring process was extremely challenging requiring great attention to detail and preparation on my part. However, thanks to the many resources, skills and knowledge I acquired via NETSHARE. This (NETSHARE) is simply the best recruitment tool I've ever seen. You know, we tried NYTimes/Monster, and it was pathetic. We tried TheLaddders and that was barely any better. I don't know you you "did it", but NETSHARE hit a home run with your system.
